Who we are

What we collect

When you order: your name, delivery address, phone number and email. When you write a review: your name, country, order number and the review text. Payment details are handled by PayPal and never reach us.

Why

To deliver your order, send you the tracking number, answer your questions and check that reviews come from real orders.

Who we share it with

Our fulfilment warehouse and the carrier (YunExpress and its local delivery partners) receive your name, address and phone number to deliver the parcel. Our checkout provider Payhip (Payhip Ltd) and PayPal process the payment and receive your name, email and delivery address. Card payments are handled by them; card details never reach us. Orders are stored in our Payhip account and in a Google Sheet that only we can open.

Cookies and analytics

The map on our Contact page is loaded from Google Maps only if you click "Show map"; Google then receives your IP address. The shop stores your cart in your browser (local storage) so it is still there when you come back. We do not use advertising cookies. If we add website statistics (Google Analytics), they only run after you agree in the cookie banner.

How long we keep it

Order records are kept for as long as tax and accounting rules require, then deleted.
