Our promise
Small brand, big standards
We find the factory ourselves
We work with manufacturers directly, ask for the battery and material documents, and say no when the answers are vague.
Real pets try it first
Samples go to our tail testers, a small group of pet families, before anything goes on sale. If their pets ignore it, or it breaks in a week, it does not make the shop.
A real person answers
Write to us and a real person replies, usually within one working day. Damaged item? We replace it or refund it, no return needed.
