How much is delivery?
It depends on your country and on what is in your order. Product prices do not include delivery. At checkout you choose your country and see the delivery price before paying. The delivery page shows an example price for every country.
Which countries do you ship to?
More than 60 countries across Asia-Pacific, Europe, the Americas, the Middle East and Africa. The full list with delivery times is on the shipping page. The United States and the United Kingdom are coming soon.
Do I pay anything when the parcel arrives?
In Australia, New Zealand and Singapore, no. In other countries your customs office may charge import VAT or duty on delivery. That depends on your country's rules.
Which currency do I pay in?
US dollars. PayPal or your bank shows the amount in your own currency before you pay.
How do I pay?
Press "Buy now" on a product. Our secure checkout partner Payhip takes the payment by PayPal or by card. You can pay by card without a PayPal account.
How do I track my order?
We email a tracking number when the parcel leaves the warehouse, usually within 2 working days.
What does chibitail mean?
Chibi (ちび) is a warm Japanese word for a little one, the nickname you give a tiny dog. Leo, our long-haired Chihuahua from Japan, is a chibi with a big fluffy tail. Put together: chibitail, a little tail. Our motto says the rest: made by tails, for tails. Say it CHEE-bee-tail.
Who is Leo?
Leo is our long-haired Chihuahua and the reason chibitail exists. He is the face of the brand. Our samples are tried by a group of tail testers, real pet families. Read our story.

Is ultrasound safe for my dog?
The bark control and the handheld deterrent use a high-pitched tone that interrupts barking or keeps a dog at a distance. They do not touch the dog. Use them as a short signal, not all day, and stop if your dog seems stressed. Pair them with positive training.
Do the balls work on carpet?
They move best on hard floors and short carpet. On deep rugs they slow down.
